Our Story
Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™ was founded in 2015 by Rick Rose and Peter Emmerich, inspired by their success operating the award-winning Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast in West Palm Beach.
From Bed & Breakfast to Vacation Rentals
Growing with The Palm Beaches
What began with a handful of homes has since grown into a trusted, full-service vacation rental agency. Today, our diverse portfolio includes thoughtfully selected vacation homes and condos throughout West Palm Beach and neighboring communities across The Palm Beaches. From charming historic residences and downtown walk-ups to family-friendly homes with pools, we offer authentic stays in well-located, well-managed properties that reflect the character of the area.
Our Mission
Growing Alongside the Communities We Serve
As The Palm Beaches continue to flourish as one of Florida's most sought-after destinations, our mission stays the same: deliver exceptional guest experiences, build meaningful partnerships with homeowners, and keep growing alongside the communities we call home. We're not a platform. We're a local team that knows these streets, these neighborhoods, and what makes a stay here worth coming back for.
